SECTION 01

Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of degreebaba.com and all services offered by DegreeBaba. By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or speaking with a counsellor, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

SECTION 02

Our services

DegreeBaba is an education discovery and counselling platform. We:

List and compare online degree and certificate programs offered by third-party universities.
Provide free counselling to help you shortlist programs.
Assist with the admission process on behalf of the university, where you ask us to.

We are not a university. We do not award degrees, conduct classes or examinations, or decide admissions. All academic decisions rest with the university.

SECTION 03

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You
agree that the information you provide is true, accurate and your own.

SECTION 04

Fees and payments

Our counselling is free for students. We are compensated by partner universities when a student enrols.

Program fees are set by the university and paid directly to the university through its official payment channels.
DegreeBaba will never ask you to transfer fees to a personal account. If anyone does, report it to grievance@degreebaba.com.
Refunds, EMI plans and scholarships are governed by the university’s own policies.

SECTION 05

Your responsibilities

Our counselling is free for students. We are compensated by partner universities when a student enrols.

Submit false information or enquiries on behalf of someone else without their consent.
Copy, scrape or republish our content, rankings or comparison data without written permission.
Attempt to disrupt, hack or overload the website.
Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

SECTION 06

Accuracy of information

Program details, fees, eligibility, rankings and approvals are collected from university websites, official notifications and bodies such as UGC-DEB, NAAC and NIRF. We update them regularly, but universities can change them without notice. Always confirm final details with the university before paying. See our

SECTION 07

Intellectual property

The DegreeBaba name, logo, design, text, comparison tools and graphics belong to DegreeBaba or its licensors. University names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their programs.

SECTION 08

Third-party links

Our website links to university and other external websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

SECTION 09

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DegreeBaba is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including admission outcomes, changes to program fees or structure, or decisions made by a university. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.

SECTION 10

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DegreeBaba against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

SECTION 11

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the website for anyone who breaches these Terms, without prior notice.

SECTION 12

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved
amicably through our Grievance Officer. Failing that, courts in [City], India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
